Junior Golf Lessons
Golf is a unique treat that can be enjoyed at any age. Teach a child to play and they’ll have a foundation in place for decades of enjoyment on the course alongside friends and family.
In addition to building on fundamental skills, students will also practice reading the green, risk-reward thinking, teamwork, distance control, increasing focus, decision-making strategies, general accuracy, and tests for reinforcement. Students will learn how to show respect for the course, others, themselves, and the game through kid-friendly instruction and play.
Juniors will learn beginner through intermediate foundational skills including, but not limited to:
-Putting
-Around the Green
-Chipping
-Form, Posture & Balance
-Half and Full Swing
-Knowledge of Equipment
-Golf Terminology
-Math & Scoring
-Manners, Etiquette & Character

All classes are drop-off/pick-up only due to size of facility and safety of all students and coaches.
Students must have the correct weight and length of clubs or use the clubs offered at KG1 for $25 per month. When students are ready to move into the Alpha Grey team practices, they will need the correct size US Kids Ultra Light Club Set: $325 (5 piece) or $390 (7 piece). The bag comes embroidered with the student's name and KG1 Logo!

Advanced Tour
60 Minute Initial Tryout (Meet & Greet) Lesson

All KG1 students who are either on tour or on a school team must be on either team, Alpha Grey or Alpha Black, and must attend two to three classes a week. The expectations of the tour and high school teams are extremely high, as is the amount of practice time needed.

Monday through Friday, 6–7:30 p.m.
Saturday, 11:30 a.m.–1 p.m.

Although our programs foster competition, the primary goals are to grow the game, provide a welcoming and inclusive environment, and encourage friendship, sportsmanship, honesty, and integrity.
